Terms & Conditions

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") apply to your participation in the Gardeot Draft Class Ambassador Program ("Program"). By applying to or participating in the Program, you agree to abide by these T&Cs.

Eligibility

To be eligible to participate, you must:

  • Be at least 16 years old.
  • Have an active social media presence, with a focus on ice hockey, streetwear, or related lifestyle content.

Ambassador Responsibilities

As a Gardeot ambassador, you are required to:

  • Promote Gardeot’s products on your social media channels and/or other platforms as agreed.
  • Create content (posts, stories, videos, etc.) featuring Gardeot products, ensuring they align with the brand’s image and message.
  • Use agreed hashtags, links, or tags when promoting products.
  • Maintain a positive and professional relationship with Gardeot and its community

Compensation

Compensation may vary depending on the agreement and can include:

  • Commission on sales generated via your referral link or promo code.
  • Free Gardeot products, discounts, or monetary compensation.
  • Other incentives as agreed between you and Gardeot.

Code of Conduct

You agree to:

  • Act professionally and ethically in all interactions with the public and Gardeot.
  • Not engage in any activity that could damage the reputation or goodwill of Gardeot.
  • Follow all applicable laws and social media platform guidelines.

Termination

Gardeot reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time if:

  • You violate any part of these T&Cs.
  • Your social media behavior is deemed damaging to the Gardeot brand.
  • You fail to meet performance expectations (e.g., not sharing content as agreed).

Intellectual Property

By participating in the Program, you grant Gardeot the right to use your name, likeness, and content (as agreed) for promotional purposes in connection with the Program.

Liability

Gardeot is not responsible for any damages, losses, or injury resulting from participation in the Program, including but not limited to technical issues, content creation, or third-party agreements.

Changes to T&Cs

Gardeot reserves the right to update or modify these T&Cs at any time. All changes will be communicated to you.
